Whenever someone says, “They’re ready to confess,” you know something big is going to come next. Something huge. Something grand that will possibly change their lives forever. The name of my blog, Plus Size Confessions, is a bit of a double entendre. Let’s just say I’m ready to confess and there’s a lot that I need to get off my chest. The things I will write about are my own feelings, opinions, observations, and thoughts. And they just so happe to be coming from the perspective of a plus size woman. This blog isn’t just about being plus size, it’s about my journey to accept who I am and becoming a better me period. I want to document every high and low, every accomplishment and every set back. And how can anyone do that if they’re not being honest with themselves. So confession number one: this isn’t a blog about how fierce and fabulous I am to be a plus size woman, or how sad and depressed I am to be fat. It’s just about me. Jasmene.
